In the fall of 1999, Dr. Benoit took over the practice of Dr. Paul Jacques. Since that time, Dr. Benoit has seen a growing number of patients at his office in Osterville Village. He serves as the Medical Director at Cape Regency Nursing & Rehabilitation center in Centerville, admits patients to Cape Cod Hospital, and cares for residents at Harborside of Mashpee, Harborpoint of Centerville, The Pavillion, Cape Cod Hospital Extended Care Facility, and Hyannis Skilled Care Center.

Dr. Benoit is board certified in internal medicine by The American Board of Internal Medicine, The American Association of Association of Physician Specialists Board Certification in Internal Medicine, and is board eligible in emergency medicine. He is also trained in ACLS, ATLS and PALS through the American Heart Association.
